Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

Business Loans IQ operates the website located at https://businessloansiq.com (the “Platform”). We are a financial marketing and comparison service that helps small business owners explore, compare, and connect with business loan products and lenders. We are not a bank, credit union, or licensed lender. We do not make lending decisions and we do not extend credit.

When this Privacy Policy refers to “Business Loans IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the company operating the Platform and any affiliated entities that process data on our behalf.

Our principal place of business is in the United States. If you have questions about this policy or our data practices, please contact us using the information in Section 13.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use our Platform, and information received from third parties.

We do not use your information to make automated lending decisions. All credit and approval decisions are made independently by the lenders you are matched with, not by Business Loans IQ.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. However, we do share your information in the following circumstances:

With Lending Partners

When you submit a loan inquiry or click to apply through our Platform, we transmit your business and personal information to the lender or lenders you have chosen to contact. Each lender you are connected with will handle your information in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable federal and state financial privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

With Service Providers

We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Platform, including email delivery services, web analytics providers, CRM systems, cloud hosting providers, and advertising technology partners. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

For Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information when required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Business Loans IQ, our users, or the public.

In a Business Transfer

If Business Loans IQ is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or restructuring, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via the email address on file or prominent notice on the Platform before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With Your Consent

We may share your information with additional third parties for other purposes when you have given us explicit, informed consent to do so.
